45 tons of humanitarian aid

Ambassador of the Republic Serbia in Lebanon, E. Elfić, today promoted 45 tons of humanitarian aid in food from the Republic of Serbia to the Lebanese army. General Latouf thanked R. of Serbia for this help.

He emphasized that the people of Lebanon are in a very difficult and challenging situation, in the worst crisis in the country's history. He added that this assistance is an expression of true friendship between the two countries and peoples.

Ambassador Elfić emphasized readiness of the Republic of Serbia to help fraternal Lebanon in these difficult times, which is confirmed by this donation, as well as the recent delivery of 40,000 doses of vaccines, which were also allocated to the army of the Lebanese Republic.
